UI design for a complex workflow
Designed the UI for the data management platform, where the incoming data is checked, verified and managed daily before it reaches clients' dashboards.

Mobile app UI for busy hands
We worked with an ML-powered medical device for self-administered ultrasound scanning. The UX challenge: operating a phone while handling a probe and conductive gel.
I led end-to-end research and design. The app guided users via voice and video instructions in a clean flow. The project passed the gate review and was handed off to a 100+ person team for development.

Deep dive into infrastructure challenges
I led qualitative user research for a data science infrastructure project, including CJM and personas for data science, data engineering, AI/ML roles. Findings were used to improve tooling and infrastructure in support of data-driven drug discovery.

UX design for hands-on CPR training
Neonatal Resuscitation Course is a medical simulator for doctors and nurses. It is an interactive app paired with a physical simulator for learning CPR.
I designed the interface, built a functional prototype in code with live hardware integration, and tested it with clinicians through multiple rounds before handoff.
